I wanted to extend the invite for any neighbors interested in joining the Social Committee. We are exploring events through the remainder of the year and looking for neighbors that are interested in helping. This is a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors and help create memories. Justin Philpott reported that Century Farms Neighborhood Association received word from Avenida of the following dates for their planned construction and completion. As you may recall, last Fall, Naperville City Council approved Avenida’s plan to build an age-restricted apartment complex across the street from Harbor Chase (Commons Rd. / Mill St. intersection).
